30-Day Free Returns
• 30 days from delivery date
• Items must be unused, in original packaging
• Free return shipping for US orders

How to Start a Return
1. Email us at service@duskcove.shop with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (US only)
3. Refund processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item

Exceptions
• Final sale items cannot be returned
• Used or washed items are not eligible for refund
